    QoD: I say first, but I don’t eat all of one thing and move to next.

    QOD: Save the best for last!

    wod mods : 35# barbell & 20# dumbbell
    qod : eat it first so it doesn’t get cold

  7. WOD: 2 rounds + 32 reps. 55# BB first round then dropped to 35# 2nd round. 30# DB. Toes to waist.
    QoD: saving the best for last!

  8. 2+78 55# barbell/30#db/knees to chest
    Best for last..I usually eat one thing at a time on my plate.
