    I am not sure how to count honestly 😂 so I was on did 12 fully through each then 14 deadlifts and 9 thrusters so I am not sure if it’s 12 + 23 or if it’s 5 rounds + 23 because going up 2 each is 1 round. Sorry! I am also an over-thinker.
