  8. 20:17 65#, 400m run, T2B and knees to waist, lost my grip after the downpour. What an awesome run this morning with our crew. Literally started raining in the first run and continued to rain harder and even storm and we pressed on. Loved every minute of it!!
    QoD: I would be good with visiting any of them.
