    Also I love this photo of Keaton. I met Keaton a few months ago in class and I instantly knew I wanted to workout with her regularly! She is a beast, builds you up and pushes you to be better. Keaton makes partners WODS epic and I LOOOOOOVE when I get to partner with her! Also, she looks likes a super model when her hair blows on the Assault Bike.

  5. Okay but seriously Ashley is about to make me cry in the comments here. I’m thankful that I’ve found her as a constant 5:30am workout partner!! As for the rest of the wonderful people that I’ve met here, I’m thankful for each and every one of you.

    I’m proud of my teammates Ashley and Becca today. We worked HARD for those 586 reps. Way to push it today ladies!!!
