Workout Description
There are 9 rounds in this workout.
Let’s work through 3 different iterations of these intervals, subtracting 3 burpees every 3 rounds.
Set two cones, shoes, or whatever you have 15 meters apart (50 feet).
The run from Cone A to Cone B equals 1 rep.
Down and back equals 2.
Continue this format until you reach 15.
With some short windows of work and even a little rest built in, look to move at a strong pace.
New rounds begin every 2 minutes (0-2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16)

6 Minutes for Quality:
30 Seconds Down Dog (Pedaling Heels)
1 Minute Easy Jog
10 Active Spidermans (5 Each Side)
10 Wrist Stretches (5 Each Direction)
