250/200 Meter Row

2 Rounds:

500/400 Meter Row

2 Rounds:

750/650 Meter Row

Each partner completes each distance one time.

During the 250/200 Meter Row, the resting partner hangs from the pull-up bar.

During the 500/400 Meter Row, the resting partner holds a pair of dumbbells (50s/35s).

During the 750/650 Meter Row, the resting partner holds a plank.

If the resting partner drops/loses position, the working partner must stop rowing until the static hold is reestablished.
