1. How did you get started with us?
All of my adult life, I’ve been in and out of shape, but never consistent. I’ve known Dave and Lisa for a long time and knew that they owned Clinch Valley so I thought I would give it a try!

2. Favorite workout? Least favorite workout?
Anything with the Assault Bike.
Anything with running lol

Meeting Morgan, of course

The moon. I would weight 1/6 of what I do on Earth. You know how many bar muscle-ups I could do?!

    Annie: 9:36 (a little more than half the dubs each round, finally started to string them together!!!)
    Last round: confused on time but I finished lol Rx
    QoD: enemies but I won’t kill them

    QOD: I don’t mind them as long they’re minding their own business 😂
