  4. 33:30, great work out!

  5. I just wanted to take a minute to thank the coaches and athletes for honoring the women and men who serve and who have served our country. Nicki and I both come from military families. My pop was in WWII and Korea and her dad was a naval aviator who survived a carrier crash in the Pacific. Several of our uncles and cousins were career military and my niece by friendship (best friend’s daughter) is active today. I grew up when the draft was still on and our soldiers were spit upon when they returned home. Later, as a coach, I lost a former player who served in the Gulf War. I am proud to be a part of CVCF that takes the time to honor our heroes.

    Well Done!
