Today’s Saturday classes are at 6:00am, 7:30am, and 9:00am. Starting next week, Saturday May 23rd, the 9:00am class is jumping up to 8:30am!

    *build to a heavy of the complex during the EMOM

    (Built to 235lbs)

    Gymnastics:

    6min EMOM

    5-8 hspu

    (Maintained 5 worked in speed)

    Metcon:

    100 wall balls 20/14 10ft/9ft

    *Every time you break 12 toes 2 bar or 15 hanging knee raises

    61/24/15 wall balls

    Toes 2 bar 4/4/4 everytime

    Time: 6:47 not real sure

    Cool Down:

    ROMWOD 18min+ session at home

    As far as the combo goes

    I’m a A5 guy with grape jelly
