Anything with Power Cleans. Is there a workout with Power Cleans and Double Unders? If so, that one.

Where did you go to school and what did you study?
Lincoln Memorial University and I studied Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching. Then, I got my Masters Degree in Business Administration.

What was the last PR that you hit? What do you want the next one to be?
My last one was my 150-lb. Power Clean and I want my next one to be my first Bar Muscle-up!

What are 3 songs that you enjoy listening to while you drive?
“Our Song” – Taylor Swift (Could listen to it everyday)

Who is one historical figure that you’d like to meet?
Abraham Lincoln. My college was named after him!

    QoD: Dancing while walking. No doubt. Kinda do it anyways.

    QoD: yall don’t want to hear me sing or watch me dance
