    QoD: A friend of mine used to be a training partner with UFC fighter Ovince St. Preux. We were hanging out by the pool one day and he said, “let me show you this move I’ve been working on.” I obliged, took it like a champ, and 30 seconds later, I’m flat on my back with a dislocated knee.

    1. Yeah, not a real smart move. Watched him several times!

    QoD: Junior year of high school I was chasing a bird around the front of the car in the Piggly Wiggly parking lot and slipped and broke my ankle. Or, when teaching elementary PE I kicked an exercise ball playing with a first grader who was sitting on it and tore my MCL.

    QoD: I was competing in the Half Ironman and was planning to master the hill on the bike ride. Needless to say, I decided to use clip in pedals(big no no if u haven’t trained with them🤔). The man in front of me just stopped. Well, I forgot how to detach my shoes so I pretty much just fell over in the ditch and skinned myself from my shoulder to my ankle…Everyone started yelling at me. Pretty embarrassing and it hurt badly😩

    QOD – I am super clumsy- so I’ve sprang my ankle jumping off a box here at the gym right after coach T said (don’t jump off the box you will hurt an ankle) 🤦🏼‍♀️ But I also fall up the stairs a lot

    Felt good about today and great advice about steady pace from Clay for the entire workout.

    Dumbest injury had to be dislocating my toe doing handstand walks. (Yes you read that correctly l, read it again and laugh again) I have the video of it still with me and me popping it back in place myself. Brittney really loves watching it lol.

    QOD: Walking home from a homecoming football game in college, I was wearing wedges and had to walk through gravel. I got wobbly and fell (incredibly slowly I might add) and broke both of my shoes and my foot/pinky toe lol
