From 20:00-30:00:
AMRAP 8:
Run 100 Meters
4 Burpees

Each of the three 10-minute segments has an 8-minute AMRAP and a 2-minute rest period to follow.

For Segment 1 (400m/12), 2+ rounds is the goal.

For Segment 2 (200m/8), 4+ rounds is the goal.

For Segment 3 (100m/4), 8+ rounds is the goal.

Modify your numbers, if necessary, to achieve the goal scores.
