  2. Ok. So I missed my noon workout. I decided to go at 9:45 to the URGENT CARE clinic next door to my office to see if I had the antibodies for the Corvid-19 in my system before I start coaching. There were two people ahead of me. I’m there until noon just to have blood drawn! A total of two minutes of care after a more than 2 hour wait. Then when I looked in at the 4 class it looked slammed so no workout.

      1. When I called I was led to believe I would get them same day. After my half day wait they said maybe Monday or as late as Wednesday! Nicki did the drive thru at the Health Department with the swab and got her result instantly, but in fairness I asked for the antibody test to see if I’ve had it and recovered.
