    Windex: 65#, 75#, 85# Messed up my reps the first round so made it up for them second round (I’m a hot mess these days)
    QoD: I’d really like to see the summer olympics but for sure some SEC football!

  14. Heavy complex 95# did it a few times to help with my form. I got 105 on hang but not from the knee.
    WOD – 55# 65# 75# did 2 round each time last round did 2 full round plus 4 cals

    QOD – NFL – I need to watch my cowboys!!!!
