Snatch Pull + Snatch from the Blocks/Hang: Below the Knee

1 Snatch Pull +1 Snatch from Blocks/Hang @ 75% 1 RM Snatch

1 Snatch Pull +1 Snatch from Blocks/Hang @ 80% 1 RM Snatch

1 Snatch Pull +1 Snatch from Blocks/Hang @ 85% 1 RM Snatch
