Challenge Details and Scoring (Checkmark)

November Challenge:

The challenge this month is to write down three things you are grateful for EVERY day in November.

LOGGING:

In the score box, put a checkmark. Then, in the note section of your score, enter the three things you are grateful for that day.

Please enable “Show note on leaderboard” so we can all see everyone’s entries.
Studies show that giving thanks and counting blessings can:

Help improve physical health and sleep.

Lower feelings of stress and anxiety.

Bring your mind into the present moment and help you experience more peace and joy.

Encourage the development of patience and humility.

“I once heard a quote that said, ‘What if you woke up tomorrow morning, with only the things you thanked God for today?’ I can say that I am so grateful for his graciousness and that He provides even when my heart is less than thankful.

Use this month to reflect on the good going on in your personal life and around you. I know that life is hard, messy, painful, and unfair….but in the midst of the heartache and the hurt, there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for.

That is the challenge this month – focus on the good. It is there.”
